Michelle Bouchard (MPH, BSN, RNC-NIC, Clin IV) is the Healthcare Sustainability Leader at Advocate Christ Medical Center and Children’s Hospital in the Midwest. Michelle developed her passion for integrating environmental health and human health many years ago while caring for the most fragile warrior preemies in the NICU. She has built, streamlined and earned high accolades through Practice Greenhealth for her sustainable programs to enable nurses to care for the environment while providing safety focused patient care.

Hear how she raises awareness about the link between environmental health and human health, focusing on the urgency for nurses to "Do No Harm" to the environment while providing care for their patients. She’ll provide strategies and data to incorporate sustainability into the acute healthcare setting.
